Project 365 - 4 ~ 11/365

Lectures started this week, and I fell sick on Sunday? I forgot, all I know is I was coughing so badly until it was really hard for me to speak thanks to my sore throat.  Anyway, new updates of my Project 365 :) Some of the photos are boring I know, I have been staying indoor for whole week and rest :/ And I know it’s an excuse, I’ll try my best next week.

I was cleaning up my room (again) cause I realised I have too many stuffs that I don’t need in my room, and I found my old phones :D
Nokia 1100 - Got it when I was 12, a gift from parents for getting straight As in UPSR.
Samsung - It was a slide phone era when I was 14, slide phone sucks. Which is probably why I don’t trust samsung products LOL.
Sony Ericsson K810i – 15, probably one of my best phone. Been thru lots of stuffs with it :)
iPhone 4 - Last year :)

Nandos virgin finally tried it. Our orientation group 2 decided to go KLCC for lunch after our PBL which is also the only class on that day.

Watched a video about how Joseph Kony (in Uganda) is abducting children and forcing them to abduct other kids, mutilate them and kill their own parents. I was quite aware about this cause there were scenes similar to it in Blood Diamond.  Hopefully someday they’ll be rescued and be able to live their life as a normal person. No one deserves to live like this.

3 essential things for my recovery. Went to see doctor in the afternoon cause I was coughing whole night for 3 days in a row and my fever kept coming back when I stopped taking panadol ._. I got bronchitis no wonder.

Project 365 - 1~3/365

Restarted on 29th Feb 2012. WAIYE JX why did you get me into this? Now I have to take my dslr everywhere LOL.

Anyway, I’ll try to upload all the photos once in a week. So here goes the first photo for my Project 365, (I can’t think of anything to snap cause I got home at 11 something and I was so damn exhausted ._.)

I was thinking, since this project may revolve around my new university life, I might as well take a photo that could represent the project. So this is my first photo to kick start my Project 365. It’s my new labcoat, which has my new university and my course on it.

We were too boring during the breaks at university, so Alyssa suggested that we play Monopoly card game. (I didn’t know they have a card game for Monopoly ._.)

There’s some construction going on at my house, and the whole place is so dusty. Couldn’t stop sneezing thanks to my sensitive nose, was so relieved that it has finally come to an end :)

FAIL

I don’t know why I feel so embarrassed even tho it’s not my fault ._. So for those who didn’t follow me on twitter, here goes the story.

I was waiting outside a toilet cubicle at imu when I saw that the lock on the cubicle was GREEN.  Thinking that it’s empty, I pushed the door a little, just in case if there’s anyone inside, she can shout “Occupied/Someone’s inside.” Since there was no response, so I just pushed open it widely. And there was a girl inside with her skirt down OMG. 

Don’t think I can ever forget her face LOL. It’s too.. EPIC.  I mean, who doesn’t lock the door when they’re in a toilet? Unless you do want someone to barge in? And to Juls who said that I should have knocked on the door first, IT WAS GREEN D:  Man I feel so sorry.

Anyway, here’s some photos for the week. My orientation shirt is so dirty and I can’t wash off the ink on it ._.

Got some new shirts again :D First time having stripes, hope I can pull it off. (I can’t get Arthur’s idea of ‘the stripes-girl’ off my head LMAO.) Btw I still prefer check. 

A FAILED attempt of the fishhouse shots, inspired by Arthur. I realised I need a concave lens, and my 50mm is just a normal lens xD
Gonna go get one soon, wonder where can I get it tho.

Will try to update more, hopefully once a week :) Oh and I’m restarting my Project 365 on 29th February 2012, a very special date right?  Let’s just hope that I won’t give up after a few weeks :/

Advent

I thought I was gonna start my university life overseas, like in UK or in Australia. But sometimes life can be such a pain in the ass. Being rejected by all the universities in UK, I was supposed to accept the MBBS offer from unsw, and to start my new journey in Australia, but after listing out all the pros and cons, I ended up in imu instead. Not really my choice of university but oh well.

At least, I'm gonna save a lot of money since I'm doing twinning program. And the duration of the Medicine course at unsw is 6 years, which is quite long for me (It's not like the twinning program is going to make any difference since it takes 5.5 years, but at least I get to go UK to further my studies, which has always been my lifelong dream.)

First day of uni and I’m already depending on coffee to stay awake ._. It’s not a good sign, guess I’ll be doing a lot of self-study in uni too. I need to find a way to stay awake during lectures. Any suggestions? :)

So for those who still doesn't know where I'm studying at, I'm going to be at Bukit Jalil imu for another 2.5 years :) And hopefully I’ll be able to get into my choice of uni at UK. Arghh I wanna have a snowball fight with Farm and Shuen. A long chat with Wynne probably. Listen to Yasmine’s laugh and watch nyan cat in the library. I miss dancing with Yy and Ric too, and dance can never be as fun without them.

I miss 1001bs2 <3 But I’m glad to meet new friends here in imu. Hopefully 2.5 years later, I’m gonna miss my batch mate a lot too.

Happy Valentine’s Day

Well I’m sure lots of people spend this day trying to get laid a bf/gf, there are also people like me trying to live like we don’t give a shit, because we can’t xD #ForeverAlone

Anyway, while people are wasting their morning preparing for the romantic night plans, I got my ass out of my warm, comfy bed early in the morning, and followed my mum to her kindergarten LOL, just so that we could go imu later on to settle my payments and stuffs. There goes my morning and afternoon. (I had to wait until her classes are over, and kids just won’t stop asking what’s my name, thinking that I am their new teacher ==)

Evening? After I got back from imu it was raining cats and dogs, such a nice weather to date my bed.

For dinner, we went out and had bak kut teh :) Suggested that we should have a slice of choc cake as dessert, but my mum said, “Go get a bf to do this job.” ._. So we got home without satisfying my cravings D:

Like I’d mentioned in twitter, Valentine’s is quite overrated to me. If you love someone, you don’t have to wait until this day to treat them good. Make them feel as if everyday is Valentine’s day :)
